“It’s been whirlwind time with a huge uptick in purchaser demand for DA approved sites, with purchasers searching for quality sites with a unique point of difference. From late 2020 to throughout 2021 there was a high volume of transactions on small to medium sites, somewhere between 10-30 units, however moving into 2022 enquiry rates have softened in that area, with focus shifting to larger scale development sites.”
